Composition of the fragrance:
In the beginning, you'll be transported to a spice market thanks to notes of pepper, nutmeg and ginger. The fragrance then develops towards the Middle East with notes of burning incense, chilli leaves and rare saffron. The intensely woody base notes include carefully selected ingredients such as benzoin and vetiver.
Fragrance inspired by: Seven Pillars of Wisdom
Thomas Edward Lawrence, nicknamed Lawrence of Arabia, was the author of an autobiographical story about the Arab revolt of 1916-1918 when he worked in the region as colonel of the British army. He described his experience in a novel which now comes alive in the form of a fragrance.
The composition of NOVELLISTA Desert Wood reflects the brave and complex spirit of the Arabic world. This is how the author himself describes it in the book: "The abstraction of the desert landscape cleansed me, and rendered my mind vacant with its superfluous greatness."
